My name is Matthew and I am a fitness enthusiast who loves to discover as many different ways to exercise and get the human body moving while having loads of fun at the same time.
My love of fitness has led me to discover parkour almost 7 years ago and I have never looked back! Parkour has become a lifestyle for me and has not only helped me accomplish physical challenges, but overcome my fears and mental barriers in every day life.
Being able to better myself through both my body and mind is an extremely satisfying experience and I have decided to instruct classes to help others achieve their goals through the discipline of parkour. Parkour is without a doubt in my opinion one of the best ways and most fun activities you can practice to help you increase fitness levels while at the same time socialising and making new friends.
I have almost 7 years in total of parkour experience, and about 2 years instructing experience with various organisations, both with adults and kids. I also have basic first aid training specifically geared towards the discipline of Parkour, so in the unlikely event of an accident (and unfortunately they do happen sometimes) I will ensure proper care is taken.
