Hi there, my name is William Wong and I am the main Instructor at the London Cookery School!
I am a total food fanatic, having grown up in a Chinese Restaurant, with an early fascination and appreciation for Dim Sum, Sushi, Vietnamese, Korean and Thai cuisine.
Having run 3 restaurants for the past 15 years, I have now retired and enjoy teaching Dim Sum and Sushi.
The best thing about teaching classes is meeting a wonderful bunch of people every time and even if most have never made Dim Sum or Sushi before, going through the step-by-step method we employ, they always end up with amazing looking dumplings and sushi!
