I have been on my own personal fitness journey and I know that it can be hard but also a joy.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Personal Training (Level 3). I am also a
level 2 Certificate in Fitness Training. I specialise in High Intensity
Training (HIT) but also use padwork, strength and conditioning exercises
I am keen runner and there is nothing I enjoy more than running
outdoors. I completed Brighton Marathon this year and ran four half
marathons in a month!
