Anna Zannides is a Mindfulness teacher with a long standing Mindfulness practice. She founded the Mindfulness Approach to help others see the good in themselves and in life.
Anna's philosophy is to accept ourselves as we are. Her approach, the Mindfulness Approach, is rooted in self-compassion and she assists clients in developing techniques and actions to enhance their awareness as to what is, rather than what was or what should be. Her work principally centres on facing loss and journeying through transitioning stages with authenticity, courage and grace.
A member of the Mindfulness Association, Anna works with people that are in need of the necessary compassion and support to deal with varying degrees of pain and suffering. From relationship struggles to terminal illness, Anna is experienced in helping to alleviate the anxiety and depression that can follow a trauma or life change.
Through courses (including online courses), workshops, or one-to-one sessions, Anna helps people introduce Mindfulness into their daily lives in order to cope better and be happier.
