originally trained in Mindfulness in ashrams in India. In London, she
trained formally in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with the
world-renowned Mindfulness teacher and author, Dr. Patrizia Collard.
She is also an accredited trainer for the Mindfulness in Schools
Project. Dawn has been practising mindfulness for over a decade and is
passionate about passing this knowledge onto others.
