She's former fashion editor of i-D magazine and prime time TV presenter PLUS a professor, stylist, producer, author, campaigner and activist, world record breaker, a potential criminal according to one CEO, and even a reporter in another land avoiding sniper bullets!

This fun and informal talk chronicles the changes Caryn has seen in the fashion industry from a time before London Fashion Week existed to date. In her direct delivery style Caryn will take you on a journey through the highs and lows of a fashion mover and shaker, and will emphasise her work on projects which focused on women empowerment and sustainable design processes.

She'll investigate what it takes to make female-friendly change happen in the world of fashion, why it's important to recognise your 'power of the purse', and maybe even how to style brogues, specs, with a notice me headscarf so you'll never give yourself wrinkles over your wardrobe again.
