This Funzing Experience:
Stressed all the time? Relaxation not working? You are certainly not alone.

In this talk, Dr Ellis Pecen explores the topic of stress regulation from a performance psychology perspective.

You will learn approaches utilised in elite performance, which is equally useful to anyone who would like to explore their own full potential.

When should we use which approach? What do we need to know about ourselves first? Why does the context matter? We will dismantle some common misconceptions about stress, learn about stress biology and cognition under pressure and how this affects our judgement. This talk focuses on how we might use stress adaptively and learn to become more resilient to it. There will be practical tips throughout and you might leave with a lot to think about!
