This Funzing Experience:
In the city we are often rushed and stressed, leading to tiredness and lack of focus. In this workshop you will learn simple techniques to reduce stress, bring vitality calm and focus.

Mindfulness arises by becoming aware of the body and breath. You will practice a simple movement form, called Mastering Mindfulness.

You will practice and learn breaths from India that release stress, blocks and toxicity from the body, so enabling health and serenity

After each breath you will naturally be able to access silence and mindfulness.

When the right strategy is in place, your mind becomes an ally ​and mindfulness your forte.

The evening closes with a guided meditation that intends mindfulness. It also allows you to integrate what you learned so it is accessible when you need it.
