This Funzing Experience:
What does it take to change our habits or form new ones? Have you ever tried to let go of an unhelpful habit that no longer serves you and have felt stuck and overwhelmed not knowing where to start making the change?

Can mindfulness help us in breaking free from certain habits and establishing new ones, and how?

In this talk, we'll walk through different theories and scientific findings to explore why we do what we do and how mindfulness can support us in becoming more aware of our patterns and leverage it for change. We'll experience at least three different mindfulness practises which can help us change our habits and implement new ones. We'll get practical tips and tools on how to bring more mindfulness into our daily life to support sustainable change for our well being.

Hagit Amsterdam is a mindfulness specialist who's spent years travelling, practising and consulting across Europe, Asia and Central America.
A former strategic partnerships director, she's now launching her own brand, working with a TechForGood initiative and expanding her mindfulness practice, focusing on helping people feel alive.
