Rachel Jane Cooke is a therapist, trainer and coach who specialises in self esteem, emotional intelligence, shame resilience and the Millennial Life Crisis.
She has spent a decade working with individuals and couples, running an online therapy platform, giving training to diverse organisations and running talks and workshops for psychotherapists, entrepreneurs and the general public on topics including courage, connection, compassion, self esteem, intimacy, sex, communication, fulfillment, and purpose.
She keeps a sharp focus on neuroscience and practical resources, holds a Master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and is also trained in NLP, mindfulness meditation, hypnotherapy and EFT - Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. She aligns with intersectional feminism and is Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative.

Rachel has lived around the world and travelled to over 60 countries. She's started 3 businesses and worked in various challenging environments including prisons, hospices, eating disorder clinics and organisations for people living with severe psychiatric disorders. She is most passionate about helping people find their way to authenticity, purpose, creativity and fulfilling relationships, which she believes anyone can achieve with the right knowledge, practice and support.
