Meet Pragya Agarwal :
Dr Pragya Agarwal is a Creative Strategist. She is a multi-award winning educator and campaigner for women's rights, equality and creativity.
Pragya has years of experience working with schools and organisations, running workshops and delivering talks on the value of creativity to drive innovation, and to develop blue-skies thinking, resilience and critical decision-making skills.
After a very successful career in academia, Pragya has created two award-winning businesses, and have been featured in The Guardian, Metro, Telegraph, Independent, Glamour Magazine, Stylist Magazine amongst others. Besides being a Senior Academic in top 5 UK Universities for over a decade, Pragya has been a speaker at TEDx and have been invited to lecture at various Universities in the USA, Australia, Chile and Europe. She has published widely, have been on international conference committees and editorial boards, and a consultant on various European Union Projects.

Pragya is a motivational speaker at STEM/STEAM events encouraging young women to follow a career that they are passionate about, and at mental health conferences talking about the value of resilience and grit, and how to foster this in ourselves and our next generation. Pragya is the founder of a campaign to break the stigma surrounding mental illness in British Asian communities.
