Meet Carolyn Mair :
Professor Carolyn Mair CPsychol FBPsS works with the fashion industry and educators through her consultancy psychology.fashion. As Professor of Psychology for Fashion at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, she created and led the world's first Masters programmes to apply psychology within the broad context of fashion. Carolyn has published broadly in scholarly journals and is frequently featured in press and other media. Her book, The Psychology of Fashion, part of the Psychology of Everything series by Routledge, was published in March 2018. Carolyn qualifications include PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, MSc Research Methods Psychology and BSc (Hons) Applied Psychology and Computing. In her earlier professional life, Carolyn worked as a visual merchandiser, graphic designer, dressmaker and portrait artist.
