Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes other things get in the way of our social lives and plans must change. We therefore allow Funzing users to cancel bookings using the "My Bookings" tab on the Funzing website, subject to the below cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy is straight forward:
Funzing users have the right to cancel a booking on a Funzing experience up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the Funzing experience.
Upon cancellation, the Funzing host will not receive any money for the cancelled booking and the Funzing user will receive a full refund on the booking cancelled, net of any commissions and fees paid to Funzing (e.g – processing fees).
If a booking is cancelled by a Funzing user less than 48 hours before the applicable Funzing experience, the user shall not be entitled to any return, credit or reimbursement. The booking may however be transferred to another person at no additional cost (e.g. you may find a friend to take your place on the experience and ask them for the money).
Where a host cancels an activity, Funzing will refund in full those who had purchased tickets prior to its cancellation. Funzing reserves the right to charge a host who cancels an event with any costs it incurs in the processing of the cancellation.
