A powerful guided breathwork journey to help you release stress, old emotions, and mental clutter, leaving you lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.Through intentional breathing and music, you will access deep states of relaxation, clarity, and emotional freedom.

How to prepare for the session:

    • Bring a yoga mat/rug to lay down
    • Avoid eating heavy meal 2h before the session
    • An eye mask/towel to cover your eyes
    • Have a water bottle with you
    • Bring a blanket
