It’s easy to get lost in the trot of everyday life and just keep doing what you do without even thinking outside of your routine.
That’s why it’s so important to me to help people REALISE they could take some time for themselves and slow down.
That's why I started planning Mindfulness Retreat Days. I take a group of 6 to 8 people on a led Group Hike. We stop for several breaks where I guide Mindfulness Exercises, such as Meditations and Breathing Exercises.
The best prevention for getting to a point where your body forces you to take a longer break than you want to take is having regular little breaks that make you feel good, that recharge you and restore your energy levels. Physically and mentally.
If the thought of planning a day off seems too exhausting itself, come along to one of our Retreat Days, where you don’t have to plan the route, plan to get there or make sure you don’t get lost. That’s what I’m here for!
