HALF DAY RETREAT ~ ART OF SENSUAL FULFILMENT ~ THROUGH

When we think of SENSUALITY and EROTIC DANCE we usually imagine a sexualised version of a woman dancing for a man. In this half-day retreat we will explore our sensual nature as something different from this commercialised and quite often performative version.

We will leave the patriarchal notions of what it means to be a sexual woman. 

We will dive into the authentic expression of sensual self through erotic dance and meditative tea ceremony. 

We will find our own voice, movement and state that is the most comfortable and natural for us.

For ages SENSUALITY has been seen as the practice and spiritual path that allows to bring divine into mundane. For ages feminine spiritual practices have been grounded in the sensual nature of reality: forms, senses, movement. 

When we don't seek an outside spectator, when we connect to the well of our own sensuality we immediately become fulfilled and connected to life and divinity. We will seek that fulfilment during the retreat.

In this retreat we will combine feminine pre-patriarchy age practices of nurturing sensuality with the ancient tea ceremony.  

We will listen to the truth of our bodies, live sensuality of the moment, and will savour the art of presence. We will support and celebrate our authentic self.

It’s a women only space.
 
There will be no nudity of the body in this retreat, but we will explore the nudity of our senses and soul.
