You’re invited to join in the Campfire Club! In time-honoured fashion, gather around roaring blazes enveloped in music and entertainment. High spirits will be maintained with good ol’ sing-a-longs, storytelling, special guests and who knows what else. Every fire will be a unique event with a magic concoction of spontaneity, rare talents and the unknown, all drenched in the sepia tones of firelight and tinged with wooded aromas.
PANDIT DEBASHISH BHATTACHARYA is a global inspiration in the contemporary musical scenario. From the age of four an interest in a Hawaiian guitar evolved into creating patented guitars and a unique playing style that has been mesmerizing audiences and artists world over for decades. Global recognition of his patented guitars Chaturangui, Gandharviand and Anandi, which not only excel in sound variety and quality, have also become popular instruments. With the lineage of Gurus like Pandit Brij Bhushan Kabra and Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, his inspiration goes beyond performance.
Debashish’s uncanny sense of musical understanding has established him as a recording artiste whose perfect musicality matches all categories of music be it Indian, or any kind of classical, jazz, blues, folk or Nue Music.
Having recently won a second Songlines World Music Award.. Debashish has also been featured in Billboard top 10, Song Line Magazine top 10, Central Asia and Asia pacific world music top 10, Amazon top 100 albums, National Geography and world’s who’s who enlisted artiste. 2009 Grammy Nominee, 2007 BBC Planet Award, 2005 Asiatic society Gold medal, 1984 President of India Gold Medal, worth mentioning.
Described as ‘one of the most exciting new music groups around at the moment’, iyatraQuartet work collaboratively, drawing on a diverse range of influences to create original instrumental music. The London-based group explore Indian raga, traditional folk song, medieval plainchant and extended percussion techniques through improvising as a quartet of violin, cello, clarinets and percussion.

iyatraQuartet recorded a debut album, ‘This World Alone’, in November 2015, in the Union Chapel, London. The inspiration for ‘This World Alone’ evolved through working and performing with musicians and artists in London’s rich cultural scene. Expect a vibrant and colourful journey.
Leonie is a peripatetic musician originally from the edge of London & Kent. She composes contemporary music of her own and plays old time Jazz, Blues & folk. Performing full time on her own and with Rae, Good Biscuits, Owl Dolls, Kansas Smittys house band and The Jamboree collective.
She’s been involved with collective such as Dawn Chorus Recording Company, Jamboree Collective, Smugglers Records, Opus Acoustics, Debt Records, Beatabet, Live & Unamplified and many others in the past few years.

**Please Note: The concerts are all outside and will take place regardless of the weather so full waterproofs are highly recommended and warm clothes. A full bar will be stocked with home-made wines, ciders, ales and the odd drop of mead too!
