This Funzing Experience:

The awareness of the solid grounding of gravity is the beginning of strengthening the mother earth’s umbilical cord in us that allows the freedom of movement hence good balance.

This 5 session course has been designed to prepare laying solid foundation for Tai Chi learning in form of weight/gravity and balance awareness.

Many may be interested in learning Tai Chi but often discouraged by misconceptions and misunderstanding of Tai Chi. Be it like is it another form of yoga, or my balance is not good I can't do Tai Chi and so on...

Preparatory Course deals and do away with all those obstacles and paves the way to a positive good start of Tai Chi learning experience such that it leads to the benefit to one's mind body and soul promised with regard to Tai Chi.

Participants of this course is being prepared to take any tai chi style and learn from any Tai Chi teacher or even learn on one's own, though many do chose to stay and learn more with my beginner and other levels of Tai Chi and Qigong courses.
