Ukraine Appeal Foosball and Drinks Social - Mama's Shelter London
In light of everything that's happening in the Ukraine, we've decided to donate all of the proceeds of the event to the British Red Cross to help those in need. As a community we feel it's important to give as much back as possible where we can, no matter how big or small.
A lot of you are asking as to whether this is a "dating event", it's definitely not. It's one of our cool social events open to EVERYBODY in the Smudged Community!
Whether you want to join as a group, with your other half, new to London, bored and just need to get out of the house - it doesn't matter, you just need to drop everything get involved!
How Does It Actually Work?
We want to get you away from your screens and socialise..... IN REAL LIFE! (crazy, we know).
We'll be putting everyone in teams of 4 to play a foosball tournament whilst having a few drinks. We want to mix it up a little bit, so you'll be allocated a team where you and your teammates will need to come up with a catchy name amongst other things.
This is not a professional tournament, it's just a bit of fun - though we are going to give away some cool prizes for various things - not just the winners, so if you do have a competitive streak you'll definitely get a KICK out of it!
The evening will take place at the über-cool Mama's Shelter in Shoreditch where we'll be taking over the bar.
Tickets are limited at £5 and will sell out (seriously).
