Hi I am Tim Fisher award winning pastry chef, baker and chocolatier. I run hands on informal and fun pastry classes at Oasis Academy in Old Couldson Surrey. Our kitchen is fully equippped and all the ingredients are weighed up and inclusive. A typed recipe is provided. English tea and Filter coffee is on tap. Our classes are fun and you will learn lots of tips and be far more confident in your pastry making. Come along and make friends and learn to impress your friends with your new pastry skills.
