Hello! I'm Alison, a freelance cookery and craft teacher in my spare time.
I have always had a passion for cooking and craft. I am an experienced and post-graduate qualified teacher both in this country and overseas. I lived in Japan for many years, and in that time studied and learned a lot about the art of giftwrapping and presentation, which I now enjoy sharing with other people. In Japan, it's considered that the presentation is at least as important as the gift within, and certainly the time you spend on wrapping and decoration makes a gift more meaningful, both for the recipient and you.
