Silke - the founder of Blue Silk Yoga, is a 200hr RYT Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who trained in Ibiza under the guidance of Suzanne Faith who is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of One Yoga for the People in Vancouver. She has also just completed a Kids Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Ieva Wildlovebeamer from Rainbow Kids Yoga. 

Her mission is to change the perspective of yoga, making her classes accessible to everyone. She emphasizes clear alignment instructions and mindful movements aligned with the breath to ensure a safe and playful yoga practice. She aims to create an empowering experience for each individual, with modifications to simplify or intensify any given pose. She wants the students to experience the full benefits that yoga can provide, from improved flexibility and strength to equally important stress relief, relaxation and to be able to apply the teachings of yoga to help to improve their daily lives off the mat.

She is based in Putney / Wandsworth in South-West London and is available for private yoga classes and corporate yoga classes.
