Established in 2011, we have been teaching specialist classes in Dim Sum and Sushi for over 10 years.
We love what we do and as an instructor, there is no greater joy than to see learners meet and exceed their own expectations, making beautiful plates of dim sum and sushi, enjoying a quick photo before settling down to eat.
Your chef and teacher will take you through each recipe in easily followed steps, so you'll have no problem recreating the dishes time and time again back in your own kitchen!

Classes are fun and we really enjoy teaching. We love it when students learn something, not only about the class, but often they learn something about themselves.
