Meet Svitlana:
Svitlana is a health educator 🎓. She holds a PhD in chemistry, has completed numerous courses in nutrition, dietetics, the science of food and Ayurveda 🍲 📝. She practices and teaches traditional Ashtanga yoga and carries on her studies of the method in London and Mysore, India. Svitlana is famous for her easy recipes and tips on nutrition and healthy lifestyle approach. She happily shares all her knowledge and findings as a health educator at Shoreditch trust, hub leader at Food Cycle charity and yoga teacher 🤸 .
Her aspiration is to use the health educator skills to help people live a healthier and happier life. Svitlana strongly believes that mindful approach to what we eat and yoga is a solution to one of the crucial problems of the modern society - that of malnutrition and sedentary lifestyle. Therefore, she feels extremely inspired to work with different people and share everything she knows about yoga, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle in order to contribute in building a healthier and more sustainable society.
