Meet Heather:

I am an experienced dance teacher and I believe in having fun while learning, and this is essentially the aim of the sessions. I'm able to put people at ease and assist them to find their way to move to the beat, tease out rhythm, inspire positive movements and build individual confidence to dance. 

We always have fun in the sessions with a mixture of personal experience, and skills, which we all bring to the sessions. No previous dance training is required or expected.
