A certified feeder and avid thrower of dinner parties, I have been cooking with love since I first learnt how to work a stove! I launched Tiger Kitchen in April 2016 with the aim of introducing authentic Bengali cuisine to those who love food.
I'm of Bangladeshi heritage, was raised in Yorkshire, and have proudly called myself an East Ender as of the last six years.
I'm also a professional food writer: my recipes have featured in The Telegraph, and previously worked as the in-house recipe creator for an online food delivery company. I'm also currently working on a novel and have completed a screenplay for a feature film.
