Meet Angela:

Angela is a former Criminal Barrister who worked for the Crown as a senior prosecutor for 20+ years. 

During this time she dual qualified as an addictions therapist, life coach, stress management consultant in Cognitive Behaviour Therapies, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapies and Mindfulness.

Her passion is to make mindfulness and stress reduction techniques available to everyone. She has an eclectic skill set which arose from my career history.
