Meet Patricia:
Patricia has been a full-time yoga teacher since completing her 500-hour teacher training course with the Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation (KHYF) under Marc Beuvain in London and is also a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Additionally she is registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3. She finished the Perinatal yoga foundation course with Birthlight in 2010 and a year later, the Mother & Baby Yoga Integrated course with Yogacampus/Sitaram Partnership. She qualified as a children's yoga teacher through YogaBugs andYoga'd Up when she first started teaching in 2008. Most recently, she has been certified to share the benefits of yin yoga.
Her classes are geared towards all levels, especially beginners. Her group classes offer modifications to suit each individual's needs and capabilities.
In January 2016 she
embarked on a new adventure organizing and planning yoga holidays and
retreats. Combining her love of travel and yoga she found the perfect
complement to her yoga teaching. Seeing the world with different eyes we
immerse ourselves in the culture of the countries we visit, get to know
the locals and their customs while infusing our practice with the
sights and sounds of each place.
Having been
introduced to yoga through the Brahma Kumaris, she learned Raja Yoga
and meditation in 2003. Since then, she has explored different
traditions incorporating tools that support her practice. Yoga is a very
important part of her life. She has attended several retreats and
workshops in the pursuit of good health and happiness.
