After studying at Westminster Catering College and spending several years traveling the world, working in many different places, opening my mind to different cultures and cuisines, I finally arrived home to London.
I continued working in food and tourism but after spending several years managing other peoples companies, I decided it was time for me to take things into my own hands and start a venture with the work of my close friend Dominic Edwards we formed the basis of a fantastic idea and Big Apple Brothers was born.
Toffee Apples were a real treat from my childhood, and they carry with them nostalgia and lots of great memories. I started experimenting with them and creating them at home using lots of different variations and creative twists. I really enjoyed making them and I knew others would enjoy giving these classic desserts a new lease of life.
