I grew up in sunny Georgia, where food and wine is a real philosophy.
Georgian cuisine is one of the most fascinating in the gastronomical world. Almost every dish is unique and absolutely delicious.
Georgia is also a cradle of wine production and the country has cultivated vines for over 5000 years. Georgia produces more than 500 different types of grapes, which in turn make extraordinary wines.
Since moving to London, I noticed there was a real lack of restaurants and food establishments serving this unique cuisine and so I decided to spread the Georgian love.
I've now set up a catering company that delivers beautiful Georgian dishes for various events and celebrations. I also hold wine and cookery classes, to introduce people to some of my favourite typical dishes and to the top wines from the region.
Anyone is welcome to join my class and you don't need any previous cooking experience. You'll receive the recipe for the dish we cook so that you can add it to your repertoire at home. Don't miss out on experiencing something totally new!
