Meet Kris Soutar:

Kris has worked in the world of tennis for over 25 years and in that time has taken several players from their first experience in tennis to the professional tour. Kris prides himself on helping build the person as well as the player and has now established himself firmly as an industry leader in the world of coach education taking him to many countries to help develop coaches and their players.

Kris has developed a holistic approach to player development and now applies this approach in all areas of life and other sports and industries having worked with FTSE 100 companies such as AMEC and Nexen.

Kris now spends a large percentage of his time working with Judy Murray developing a workforce to deliver tennis in Scotland in the hope they can create a legacy for everything Andy and Jamie Murray have achieved in the last 12 years on tour.
