Hi everyone, my name is Tamas. I`ve been living in London for over 5 years now and I currently work on my own food startup. The thing about me is that I simply love food. It's not just eating it that makes me happy, but browsing through fresh ingredients at food markets is one of my favourite pass times.
You could say that this runs in my blood, as my mum is a restaurant critic and my sister is a PR consultant for restaurants. I believe that every dish has a soul and can tell a story. I want to share these stories with you at Borough Market.
