I'm super passionate about understanding why we eat a certain way, choose the best foods for us and create delicious recipes.
I started my connection with healthy foods after years of living in pain, due to scoliosis. I wanted to heal my back, reduce pain and inflammation and prepare for a second spinal surgery. By adopting a plant-based lifestyle I really turned myself around and got in shape.
I went from being sedentary and often in pain, to a complete makeover, losing over 30 pounds, performing various sports and finishing my first Triathlon while still having metal rods and screws in my spine.
Ever since, I embarked on a learning path, with a mission to explore and experiment with foods in order to find what works best for us in the 21st century and I am super excited to have you here and hopefully meet you soon!
