Meet Andrew Newton:
In his former incarnation as a stage hypnotist, Andrew Newton sold out major theatres in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, regularly pulling audiences of more than 2,000. He was the first hypnotist to appear in London’s West End and on UK television. He has hypnotised over 60,000 people and has more than 6,000 stage and television performances under his belt. In 1988 he performed in Las Vegas for three months, an experience he describes as “totally f***ing boring.” He does occasional free work with people who have been indoctrinated by religious cults.
He is principal lecturer in Hypnosis at Hypnoseakademiet in Norway, Europe’s premier Hypnosis and EFT training school, a position he has held since 2008. Most recently he has lectured in Hypnosis at 8 Indian Institutes of Technology.

Andrew has worked in Clinical Hypnotherapy in Harley Street, London, and is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine. He has been a member of the International Police Association since 2005. He holds a Pilot’s Licence and once flew a single engined light aircraft from Manchester to Nairobi and back, an experience he describes as “I must have been mad.”
