Hi, I'm Clare, a yoga teacher based in Manchester specialising in vinyasa, ashtanga, SUP and yin classes.
My classes build mental and physical strength and encourage you to play and explore through movement. I accommodate for all abilities, offering both extra challenge and support throughout, and I strive to bring elements of yoga philosophy into each class.
I'm also very passionate about improving the way we talk about and address mental health issues and have led numerous workshops for adults and young people aimed at reducing stress, positive mental health and self care.
