I've come a long way to become a real cook and an expert in Italian cuisine. Thanks to my parents, I took the first steps that led me to the world of Italian cuisine. They were the first cooks for me to discover Italian recipes. Later, of course, I graduated from the Culinary Academy and spent 3 years as an intern at the Italian restaurant in Milan. Now, 10 years later, I am the Sous Chef of an Italian restaurant in Manchester. I am often invited to take part in culinary battles, as well as for demonstrations of Italian cuisine. I was able to realize my dream and become a professional chef, and now I want to show you why I love cooking so much.
