Meet Ruth:

Led by Development Producers, Julia Berg and Ruth Spencer, we are a Creative Production hub currently developing a slate of in-house projects. We run incubators internationally, working with exciting creative talent to develop their film, TV, online and podcast ideas. We get them pitch ready, and connect them to our network within the international marketplace.

We see talent through from idea to inception - uniquely bridging the gap between storytellers and financiers, making dreams a reality.

Julia Berg is an award winning creative producer who has worked for leading BAFTA and Oscar winning producers and filmmakers who include New York's Likely Story working with talent such as Charlie Kaufman and Nicole Holofcener and most recently working in development for producer James Wilson on projects for filmmakers Jonathan Glazer and Lynne Ramsay including Cannes award winning 'You Were Never Really Here'. Julia has worked for Maven Pictures (Executive Producers of 'American Honey') and has collaborated with partners such as the BFI, Film4, the BBC and Screen Australia.

Julia is a voting member of the British Independent Film Awards and Women in Film and TV and met business partner / development producer Ruth Spencer at London Real.

Ruth Spencer is a Development and Partnerships Producer, with 10 years of experience in the media/TV/online space. With almost 4 years spent as the Head of Development / Lead Interview Producer at one of the world’s foremost Podcast and YouTube series, London Real, Ruth booked hundreds of high-profile names as guests/contributors and developed great contacts in the media industry. She is always looking out for the next incredible story to tell through trailblazing video content. In 2020, they have partnered with financiers on an upcoming slate of projects across film, TV and the podcast space to go into production this year.
