Hi, my name is Lena.
I used to grow up doing guided meditations as a kid before I stopped at one point. I struggled with anxiety in my teenage years as well as in my twenties and for a long time, I was searching for a release.
When I started doing Yoga in 2011 I felt like I was home. The wholeness of Yoga and it covers all aspects of life magically drew me to it and I knew I was doing something good for myself by going to classes and practising regularly.
It wasn't until I finished my Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training, with Nina Vukas and Celest Pereira, that I started to become more experimental with Yoga.
My mission is to make Yoga easily accessible to everybody and teach you easy tools you can use on an everyday basis, to be more relaxed and resilient. I love passing on techniques to deal with anxiety, tried and tested by me, and aim to bring out your inner playfulness in the process.
