Meet Heather:

I am a qualified Mindfulness teacher and I teach from the Mindfulness Now programme which uses a combination of MBSR and MBCT techniques . I have been practicing mindfulness for over 7 years and after suffering from stress, anxiety and depression myself I have found it extremely beneficial to my mental health and my life. I offer group and individual sessions in mindfulness meditation and I also offer classes that combines art therapy with mindfulness.
