So a little about me. I love all things food...markets (favourite is Borough Market), buying ingredients, cooking and the all important eating! :). I also really love my yoga mat, movies, mindfulness, dark chocolate, catching up with friends and trying new things.
I’ve recently completed a Diploma in Nutrition and have nearly finished my holistic Ayurveda Diet and Lifestyle Consultancy course which is all about bringing about balance to ourselves (through yoga, meditation/mindfulness, food/drinks and herbs). Having grown up in London with my grandmothers and family recipes from Gujarat in North West Indian, I’d love to share the benefits and my passion for comforting and cleansing detox food and also the social experience of street food with others.
