Neil Woods is a former police officer who over 14 years worked undercover to infiltrate some of the most dangerous Organised Crime Groups in the U.K. He is an international spokesperson on drugs and drug policy.
Neil has spoken at numerous countries, lecturing in universities from South Africa to Poland, and conferences from Toronto to Prague. In March 2019 he spoke at the United Nations alongside other international police voices calling for drug law reform.
Neil is part of LEAP UK I’m a board member for the Law Enforcement Action Partnership in the USA.
The author of Good Cop, Bad War is now a campaigner for drug law reform as Chairman of LEAP UK, an organisation of law enforcement figures who see the Drug War as a costly failure.
