Sat 20th September- Autumn Equinox Ceremony
Autumn Equinox is a transitional time of change and letting go.
We will gather to tune into the season and hold a releasing ceremony together.
Fri 28th November- Cycle Syncing Workshop
An educational workshop on each of the phases of womens' menstrual cycles and how they are associated with different seasons, female archetypes, etc.
Some tips and tools will also be shared to maintain harmony with our cycles, including essential oils and acupressure points.
