Learn Spanish with luxury Latin chocolate tasting

Chocolate was known as the food of the gods by the Aztec and Maya culture. In this Easter chocolate special you will taste luxury single origin chocolate from Latin America from independent brands who work with fair trade farmers. You'll learn a bit about the history and production of chocolate and pick up some Spanish phrases and adjectives as we identify the tasting notes. A delight to the senses!  

For complete beginners and all with up to 6 months of learning. 

This taster night will give you a glimpse into our unique approach. Aimed for anyone interested in starting Spanish and finding out more about our online and in person classes and social Spanish walks.  On the night you can secure your spot for our courses with an exclusive discount.

• Practise conversation and listening skills.

6-6.30pm Introductions and practise the lingo 

6.30-7.20pm Taste luxury Latin chocolate and learn about the production and history. 

7.20-7.40pm Learn more about the classes and Q and A with our students. 

7.40-8pm Chat, cocktails and socialise and chance to enrol with exclusive offer.

FAQs 

Do I need to speak Spanish before the event? 

No, no prior knowledge is needed. This event is designed  for complete beginners and all beginners with up to 6 months of learning. 

Do you offer discounts? 

We normally offer an early bird offer. For this event with 50% off the taster class with the code EARLYBIRD up to two weeks prior to the event. At the event you can book courses on the night with 20% off.  

What Spanish will I learn?  

Spanish descriptions of the flavours and reactions and the pronunciation. 

What if I am an early intermediate level speaker?  

You can still gain from the experience if you have an early intermediate level (B1). We will give you a chance to practise more conversation skills and speak with others with a higher level. Simply indicate this in reply to the welcome email you receive.
