Tea ceremony is a way to experience meditation, slow down, and practice presence and simply being.
It is a way to bring sacredness to an everyday act, and to connect with tea as not just a beverage, but as a gentle plant medicine.
During a tea ceremony, we sit in silence as several rounds of tea are served.
We engage our senses through sight, touch, smell and taste.
We leave behind the busy-ness of our everyday lives and we connect with the tea, the experience, our senses, and come back to ourselves.
