Meet Adam Stansbury:

Adam Stansbury is on a mission to educate men & women how they can get fit, strong & healthy, whilst eating a plant-based, vegan diet, transforming their bodies and the planet.

It was in 2014 that Adam initially adopted a plant-based vegan diet, for ethical & environmental reasons; changing the world starts with changing yourself first, and the one thing you can have complete control over each day is the food you eat. Although prior to that he’d always had a keen interest in exercise & nutrition, particularly from his work as a fitness model and suffering from Ulcerative Colitis that ultimately led to the removal of his large intestine in 2006. It was the decision 3 years ago, to adopt a plant based vegan diet that defines his work today.

Adam Stansbury is an award winning personal trainer and nutritional coach who uses a flexible and non judgemental approach, offering 1-on-1 sessions in & around South West London, he also specializes in Animal Flow, alongside traditional strength & conditioning, physique transformation & body composition techniques to achieve superior results for his clients, who can also access his training and nutritional knowledge 24/7 via his online coaching.
