I am keen to use my knowledge and experiences as a way of helping others. I believe Movement, music, self expression and creativity are integral for self development. 

I am a singer/songwriter and enjoy using my voice for sound healing. In one of my music projects, The Inside I co-produce meditative soothing sounds that I perform live to Yin yoga and listening experiences.
