Andie is a self-made property entrepreneur and coach with a wealth of experience and has been investing in buy-to-lets since 2015. She is a Chartered Accountant and an ex-City banker having worked in investments.
She bought her first property at auction in 2011 and has single-handedly built privately and commercially held portfolios of residential accommodation, including licensed Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs), student houses and holiday lets.
She has started from nothing and has been extremely hands on at all stages from doing the handy work, dealing with tenants and acting as her own agent to managing the finances, legal compliance and tax.
