Dr Katharina Lederle - Founder and Head of Sleep at Somnia
Dr Kat (PhD) is a sleep scientist and chronobiologist who is passionate about supporting people to thrive by helping them sleep well. She helps people understand more about sleep and how ‘healthy sleep’ is the foundation for good physical health, emotional well-being and performance. Dr Kat has substantial experience in delivering workshops and seminars and offers 1-2-1 sleep therapy.
Charlotte Roden - Founder of Reset Leadership - Embrace Stress
Charlotte had a successful, 20+ year, high pressure career in Investment Banking, giving her plenty of experience of the impact of stress both personally and from those around her. Embrace Stress was born from a desire to put you in the driving seat - harnessing the positive, motivating impact of pressure, but also discovering tools to help you thrive through adversity. Charlotte currently works as an Executive Coach with 1-1 clients and group workshops.
