Meet Lucy Beresford:

Lucy Beresford is a broadcaster, writer and psychotherapist. She hosts a weekly phone-in Sex and Relationships show on LBC Radio, and is part of the press panel reviewing the newspapers on Sky News. Passionate about helping people enjoy better relationships, she’s the author of the international self-help best-seller Happy Relationships: at home, work and play. She’s also the author of 3 novels, including Invisible Threads set in New Delhi, which is in film development. She’s a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is on the faculty of The School of Life.
