I pride myself on my ability to bring out the best flavours from local and seasonal produce and, of course, doing it the Italian way. Since I was 10, I was my mother’s apprentice in the kitchen – learning everything from cracking eggs to making my own pasta. I quickly found my passion and with my mother’s teachings, I soon graduated from patisserie school in Turin. From there, I worked in Kitchens in Italy and London never ceasing to learn all I can about food.
Now, together with my fiancee, we have brought the Fetta family together. Making the most of my Nonnas’ recipes, my Mamma’s cooking style and my Papa’s produce, we are able to offer Italian authenticity at our dinner table.
